I joined the Mom's Club of Minneapolis last fall in hopes of finding some stay at home mom's that had kids around Morgan's age. I never thought I would meet two of the greatest friends! My friend Pamina has a daughter Marta who was born on the exact same day as Morgan (September 10). We have become wonderful friends. It has been so fun to see how the girls grow and change together!
My friend Kristin has a son named Riley. He celebrated his 1st birthday in June. Morgan and Riley had a love at first sight connection! There is alot of hand holding and touching! It is cute to see the kids together! Kristin and I have a great friendship and as anyone with kids knows it is WONDERFUL to have another grownup to talk to.
We have been trying to all get together once a week but with all the busy summer days it is hard. One day we decided to try a picnic at Lake Harriet. As you can see from the pictures it was naptime and no one was going to sit for a picture!
I feel really lucky that Morgan and I have found some really amazing life long friends! I am sure that there will be lots of Morgan, Marta and Riley in my blog!
